Module frame 

Encoding of Zstandard frame types.

A Zstandard data stream is composed of one or more frames, concatenated together without interruption. Frames may refer to data or contain metadata.

Supported frame types are specified in section 3.1 of IETF RFC 8878¹. They are similar to the format used for frames in LZ4².
